The quickest way to reach Trades.Help is to call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. We are available Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, and we usually reply within one business day. You will talk to a senior strategist, not a call centre, and the first 30-minute consultation is free for eligible trades businesses.
We do not use booking systems or sign-up pages. A plain message is all it takes.

A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.
What to include in your first message
A few details help us give you a useful answer the first time, instead of a round of questions. You do not need all of them; send what you have.
- Your trade, such as electrical, plumbing, painting or landscaping
- Where you work: your main town or city and roughly how far you travel
- How long you have been on your own
- Your typical job value, even a rough range
- Your Google Business Profile name, if you have one, or "none yet"
- Your website, if you have one
- What you need help with, in a sentence or two
A template you can copy
If you are not sure what to write, copy this and fill in the blanks:
"Hi, I'm [Your name] from [Business name]. I'm a [trade] in [City or town], working on my own for about [number] months. My typical job is around $[amount]. My Google profile is [profile name or 'not set up yet']. I'm stuck on [your problem in one sentence]. Good times to reach me are [days and times]."
That is enough for us to look at your profile before we talk, which makes the first conversation much more useful.
What happens after you get in touch
Here is what to expect, step by step, so there are no surprises.
- We reply. Usually within one business day, by the same method you used, unless you ask for something else.
- We look before we talk. If you sent your profile or website, we review them first.
- The free consultation. About 30 minutes for eligible trades businesses. We ask about your business and tell you plainly what we would do in your position.
- Recommendations. That might be a free guide to follow, such as the first 20 customers guide, or a suggestion for paid help.
- Written scope, if you want help. What is included, what it costs and how it will be measured, before anything starts.
There is no pressure to go beyond step 4. Many owners leave the first conversation with a clear list of things to do themselves, and that is a fine result.

A note on what we cannot help with
We are a marketing and advisory service. We are not a contractor, so we cannot send anyone to do trade work, recommend a tradesperson for your own home, or take on subcontracted jobs.
We also cannot answer licensing, permit, insurance or legal questions. For those, contact your provincial or territorial bodies directly; the areas pages list them for every region.
Privacy and how we use your details
We use the details you send only to reply to you and to help with your business. Your number and address never go onto a promotional list, and our emails only ever go to people who wrote to us first.
If you would like us to delete your messages and details after our conversation, just say so. Our approach follows Canadian privacy rules; you can read more about who we are on the about page.
Frequently asked questions
Is it better to call, text or email?
Whichever suits you. Texting is often easiest for owners on the tools, because you can send a quick message between jobs and we reply when you are free. Email works well if you want to send links or several details at once.
What are your hours?
Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. If you are in Atlantic Canada or Newfoundland, that is later in your day, so mornings Pacific time are often easier for you to reach us.
Will I talk to a salesperson?
No. You will talk to a senior strategist who can answer marketing questions properly. There is no sales script.
Do you take on every enquiry?
No. If we think you do not need paid help yet, or that another kind of help would suit you better, we will say so and point you to the right guide or resource.
